All bookings for Ranthambore Tiger Reserve are provisional. The Field Director holds the right to modify or cancel reservations without prior notice or assigning a reason.
Confirmed Permits: Once a safari permit (Gypsy or Canter) is officially issued, the amount becomes strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
No Modifications: We do not entertain any requests for cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling of confirmed safaris under any circumstances.
Vehicle Switches: Should there be a change from a Canter to a Gypsy (or vice versa), the price difference will be refunded appropriately.
2. Monsoon & Weather Exceptions
In the rare case that the forest department closes the park due to heavy rainfall, a 75% refund is applicable for Gypsy safaris and 65% for Canter safaris.
Please Note: This monsoon exception does not apply if your safari permit has already been printed. Once generated, no refunds are granted regardless of park closure.
3. Tatkal (Current) Booking Guidelines
Tatkal / Current Safari quotas are generally confirmed a day before the scheduled ride (for morning slots) or on the same day (for evening slots).
Unconfirmed Safaris: If we fail to secure your current booking, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the safari amount. If it gets confirmed, it becomes non-refundable.
If you choose to withdraw your tatkal request before the processing due date, a cancellation fee of 25% (for Gypsy) or 35% (for Canter) will be deducted.
4. Chambal Safari Rules
Payments made toward the Chambal Boat Safari are completely Non-Refundable.
Holiday Season Policy (Dec 21 - Jan 1): During this busy timeframe, if your Ranthambore Tatkal Safari cannot be confirmed, we will automatically convert it to a Chambal Boat Safari. The excess balance will be refunded after retaining the Chambal charges (INR 1,800 per person).
5. Cancellation of Tour Packages
Any request to cancel or postpone a booked tour package must be submitted via email. The deduction policy applies based on the date we receive the written communication.
30+ Days Before Travel: 20% of the total package cost.
15 to 29 Days Before Travel: 30% of the total package cost.
7 to 14 Days Before Travel: 40% of the total package cost.
2 to 6 Days Before Travel: 50% of the total package cost.
Under 48 Hours / No-Show: 100% deduction (No Refund).
Important: The actual day of the tour is excluded from calculations. Special refund policies may override these conditions during peak season or festivals. Additionally, if the tour permit is not generated, we refund 70% of the tour cost (GST & Gateway charges excluded).
6. Package Accommodations & Payments
Hotel Stays: Packages include base category rooms. Upgrades can be paid at the hotel directly. If a selected property is fully booked, a comparable hotel will be arranged. Standard check-in is 12:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Debit/Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Deposit. A 50% deposit confirms the package, and the balance is due upon arrival.
Travelers are required to provide the accurate age of all guests. Incorrect information may lead to penalties. Any sudden increase in government taxes, safari fees, or guide charges must be paid by the guest.
