Refund Policy

1. General Safari Cancellation Policy

  • All reservations for entry and stay in Ranthambore Tiger Reserve are provisional and subject to modification or cancellation by the Field Director without assigning reasons.
  • Confirmed Bookings: Gypsy Safari and Canter Safari payments are strictly non-refundable once the permit is issued.
  • No Rescheduling: There shall be no cancellation or refund for any confirmed safari under any circumstances. Requests for refund or rescheduling will not be entertained.
  • Vehicle Replacements: In the event of a replacement from Canter to Gypsy or Gypsy to Canter, the difference in amount will be refunded.

2. Special Monsoon Policy

  • If the park is officially closed due to heavy rain or extreme weather conditions, a 75% refund will be issued for Gypsy bookings and a 65% refund for Canter bookings.
  • Important Note: If your permit has already been physically generated and issued before the closure announcement, we regret that no refunds will be available.

3. Current / Tatkal Safari Bookings

  • Confirmation for Current/Tatkal booking requests is usually received one day prior for morning safaris, or on the same day for evening safaris.
  • Confirmation Status: If the safari fails to get confirmed, 100% of the amount will be refunded (excluding GST and PG charges). If confirmed, no refund applies.
  • If the customer submits a cancellation request for their Tatkal booking before the preferred due date, cancellation charges apply: 25% for Gypsy Safaris and 35% for Canter Safaris.

4. Chambal Boat Safari Policy

  • The amount paid for the Chambal Boat Safari is strictly Non-Refundable.
  • Peak Season Shift (Dec 21 - Jan 1): During this peak period, if a Ranthambore Current Safari booking is not confirmed, it will automatically be shifted to a Chambal Safari. The remaining balance (after deducting Chambal Safari charges of INR 1,800 per person) will be refunded.

5. Tour Packages Cancellation & Modifications

  • If you need to postpone or cancel your tour package, you must inform us in writing via email. Cancellation charges are effective from the date we receive the written request.
  • 30 days prior to arrival: 20% of the tour cost.
  • 15 to 29 days prior: 30% of the tour cost.
  • 7 to 14 days prior: 40% of the tour cost.
  • 2 to 6 days prior: 50% of the tour cost.
  • Less than 48 hours or No Show: NO REFUND.
  • Please Note: The tour starting date is not counted when processing cancellations. Separate cancellation policies may apply during peak seasons, festivals, and long weekends.

6. Tour Packages Accommodations & Payments

  • Rooms: Base category rooms will be provided by default. Room upgrades require extra payment directly at the hotel. If chosen hotels are unavailable, we will provide a room of similar standard.
  • Check-in/out: Standard Check-in is 12:00 Noon, Check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in is subject to availability.
  • Payments: We accept Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, and Direct Deposit. A 50% advance secures the booking, with the remaining 50% settled upon arrival. Paying 100% upfront may unlock additional discounts.
  • Any changes or hikes in Government taxes, hotel tariffs, or safari/guide charges by the authorities will be communicated and must be borne by the customer.

7. Liability & Force Majeure

  • Our company is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage to luggage, or personal accidents incurred during the trip.
  • In the event of Force Majeure (natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, path closures), we will try our best to make alternate arrangements. However, we are not liable for any refunds or compensation claims arising from these uncontrollable events.
  • In case of any legal disputes, they shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
